At NSL Care Services we provide your patients with safe, comfortable and efficient transfers. Our staff are dedicated to making sure they arrive at your specified destinations safely, and a caring, timely, reliable and cost-effective transport service to the public and private sectors.  Here, the patient always comes first.

We have a large group of specialist vehicles, fitted out especially for your needs, ranging from standard seated transport for walking patients, wheelchair access vehicles, through to high-dependency  and bariatric ambulances.

We make in excess of 300,000 journeys a year, and yet we still maintain personal relationships with every patient, establishing bonds build on confidence and trust. At NSL Care Services, we treat every patient  with dignity, respect and confidentiality.

We transfer non-urgent and higher dependency patient journeys nationally on behalf of NHS Hospital Trusts using our bespoke booking system and offices at every hospital  we serve. Our specialist system allows site offices to manage ‘real time’ journey planning, making sure your patient waiting time are kept to a minimum, reducing delays in discharge and bed blocking.  

Our integrated quality manager system means you can be certain that your reputation is protected. We use various methods to collate customer feedback, including an online link on this website, to ensure we continually improve our patient experience and maintain the highest standards, exceeding legal requirements and duties under Care Quality Commission guidelines.

Our extensive fleet of vehicles, that include dependency and bariatric ambulances, wheelchair modified ambulances and standard cars, are all adapted to meet the needs of both your patients and your medical facility.  

To afford privacy to your patients during a transfer our vehicles have darkened windows and have gliderite suspension to give a smoother ride, tail lift ramps to accommodate wider chairs, and flexible seating/stretcher solutions. And we maintain all of our vehicles in house so that we maintain a high standard of mechanical repair and cleanliness.

And at relevant times our fully trained drivers will operate under blue light conditions. For us it's all about Care and Service for our patients and clients.
