All NSL Care Services staff are selected for their interpersonal skills and ability to work within a caring environment.
Our patient transfer staff are additionally chosen based on their driving and navigational skills. Following a satisfactory CRB and licensing check, they undergo a comprehensive induction programme which includes:
- First Aid
- Basic Life Support
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- Oxygen Therapy
- Lifting and Handling
